Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Even though our products are custom-made-to-order, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most reasons within the 30-day window. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags (if applicable).

Proof of Purchase: You must have the order number or proof of purchase.
We accept returns for the following reasons:

You ordered the wrong size.

You changed your mind (Buyer’s Remorse).

The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.

You received the wrong item (different product or color).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions (e.g., items that are returned with clear signs of wear, stains, or pet hair).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Your Order Number.

The reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, defective, changed mind).

(Mandatory for Damaged/Defective Items): Please attach clear photos or a video showing the issue.

We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.

For Returns Due to Customer Reason (e.g., Wrong Size, Changed Mind):

If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, no longer want the item, or changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For Returns Due to Our Error (e.g., Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item):

If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product, Binmarts will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of the return.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return at our facility, our team will inspect it.

Inspection: We will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Approval: If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Refund Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and for the funds to appear in your account. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get the new product quickly without waiting for the entire exchange process.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because your order is custom-printed, it enters the production queue quickly.

You may request a cancellation or change (like size or address) within 2 hours of placing your order.

After this 2-hour window, your order is locked for production, and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.

Items returned after the 30-day window.
